Terms and conditions

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the MisterLanding service (website and apps), published by Stellar Nebula, which connects aerodromes, flying clubs and pilots to declare and pay airport fees (landing, passengers, lighting, parking).

Accounts

Pilot accounts are free. The information provided must be accurate; login details are personal. Any account can be deleted at any time from its profile on the website or from the Account screen of the apps: its personal information is then erased, invoices being kept by the aerodromes as the law requires.

Use of the service and security

Accessing the service by automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts, send messages or collect data, or trying to get around its protections, is prohibited. The contact, sign-up and declaration-without-account forms are protected by an anti-bot check run by the browser, with no third party (see the privacy policy): a submission that fails it is refused. If a submission is wrongly refused, write to us at contact@misterlanding.com.

Pilots

Pilots are responsible for declaring accurate information (registration, mass, number of movements, passengers). The amount is computed from the fee schedule published by the aerodrome, which issues the invoice. An online payment may include a MisterLanding service fee, shown before the payment is confirmed; paying on site is free of charge.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions (aerodromes, flying clubs, schools) are taken out on the website for a monthly or yearly period paid in advance. Subscriptions of aerodromes, flying clubs and schools can be renewed automatically if the subscriber chooses so: the saved card is then charged the price of its plan at the start of each new period (a reminder is sent a few days before a yearly subscription renews), and the renewal can be stopped at any time from the Subscription page, the subscription staying active until its end date. Without this choice, the subscription is not renewed automatically. A subscription can be stopped at any time, in particular by closing the space or deleting the account: the period started remains due and is not refunded, even in part.

Aerodromes and flying clubs

Each aerodrome is solely responsible for its fee schedule, its invoices and its tax obligations. A subscribed flying club pays the fees of its fleet billed by MisterLanding aerodromes.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are transferred to the aerodrome through Stripe Connect. Disputes and refund requests about a fee must be addressed to the aerodrome that issued the invoice. When the aerodrome refunds a fee paid by card, it is refunded to the card used; the service fee of the payment, which pays for the MisterLanding service already provided, is not refunded.

Liability

MisterLanding computes fees from the schedules published by aerodromes and from the pilots’ declarations, whose accuracy it does not guarantee. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be interrupted for maintenance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Between professionals, the courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction.
